Job Description
1. 负责进行集团短期和中期的现金流预测；
2. 通过资金池，规划集团整体资金的使用，提升资金效率，并制订相关的财务准则与资金操作准则；
3. 建立银行合作战略，与关系银行进行深入合作，并以业务需求为导向构建银行合作梯队；
4. 负责规划集团的间接融资事务，包括贷款、票据、发票融资，内保外贷等，推动建立健康的资产负责表；
5. 合理利用融资杠杆，管理利息成本和融资风险；
6. 负责统筹银行上门收款的布局和优化，提升与银行的议价能力
7. 支持服务中心的日清工作，确保资金管理的有效落实；确保与资金相关的会计帐务处理得到充分预提和体现；
8. 根据业务发展的需求制定年度的保险策略，协调理赔事宜和对各大区保险联系人进行培训；
9. 其他资金或财务相关的工作安排.
