Job Description
岗位职责:
1、负责协调处理客户抱怨、投诉、退货的分析、处理及跟踪验证;
2、负责给客户提供相关的资料及提供技术支持;
3、负责客户审核前的预审及组织顾客审核提出问题的回复、改善和验证。
4、负责新产品跟进验证, 制作控制计划,检验规程,新品品质培训
职位描述:
1、25~35岁,本科以上,工科类专业;
2、两年以上消费类电子行业客户服务工作经验;
3、熟悉消费类电子产品生产工艺,有较强的工程分析能力;
4、熟悉ISO9001、TS16949、ISO14001、OHSAS18001等体系及规范;
5、熟悉品质管理方法,能迅速处理客户投诉并主导相关部门进行检查,提出改善对策,及时
反馈客户;
6、较强的沟通协调能力与应变能力。
7、英语精通,口语流利,或精通韩语、日语。
