Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责生产部门的管理工作，满足客户、质量等方面的要求；
2、协调组织相关资源，降低生产成本，提高生产效率，缩短交货期；
3、负责组织设备、安全检查、环境保护、生产统计、5S等管理制度的拟定、修改、检查、监督、控制及实施执行；
4、负责工艺改进，制定内部考核指标及员工个人表现评估，员工培训及团队建设；
5、支持ISO 体系，注重制造环节持续改善，确保产品品质。
任职资格的具体描述：
1、教育程度及专业：本科及以上学历，机械相关专业。
2、外语水平：良好的英语口语及书面的沟通能力。
3、年龄：35-45 周岁
4、工作经验：8年以上生产管理工作经验，熟悉ISO质量保证体系和环境体系、5S及持续改进。
5、较好的个人素质：具有很强的责任心、积极进取的工作态度
