Job Description
1、负责xx网、xx平台、O2O等项目的线上运营及部门日常管理工作，对分管副总负责；
2、根据公司战略和业务目标，整合内外部资源，带领团队完成各项工作计划执行并完成项目分析和总结，对绩效结果负责；
3、制定并执行部门绩效考核，提升网站美誉度，提高用户转化率，提升用户粘性，完成销售指标；
4、做好公司内部部门协同，能主动推动和协调各种营销活动和项目方案的顺利推进直至上线完成，能带领团队完成与内外部团队的项目合作与推广；
5、参与并关注部门工作的每个环节，协助领导完成交办的其它工作。
