Job Description
岗位职责：
1.负责根据公司发展战略制定本单位发展规划、经营计划，搭建公司组织结构和管理体系，加强团队建设，保证公司业务规范开展；
2.负责主持所属天然气项目前期的调研论证、规划设计、手续报批等市场开发工作；
3.负责统筹协调施工单位、设计单位，开展所属天然气项目的施工建设工作；
4.负责已建天然气项目的生产运营、安全管理等工作。
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，45岁以下，8年以上天然气行业工作经历，5年以上燃气企业管理经验；
2.熟悉燃气企业经营管理及各部门工作流程，熟悉天然气市场开发、工程建设、生产运行等方面工作，能够独立带领团队开展业务，具有开发项目、建设场站、运行管理的成功案例；
3.具有广泛的行业区域资源，具有良好的人际沟通能力、市场开拓能力、判断力、决策能力、计划和组织能力。
