Job Description
岗位职责：
1.分析销售订单需求状况及月度库存状况，编排相应的生产计划；
2.依据实际产能状况，更新及制作相应的生产计划；
3.组织每月产销会的召开（与会部门：销售，生产，生技，物流，品管等），总结每月的生产、销售以及库存状况，讨论及制定后续阶段的生产及销售安排；
4.生产计划编排系统的日常执行与维护；
5.不断优化生产计划编排相关流程；
6.主导和参与物流项目管理（例如新产品导入；物料错误订购分析；商品车先进先出流程制定等）；
7.协助物料计划组制定相应物料订购计划、物流周期时间表，依据实际生产状况适时做生产计划的调整；
8.制作相关报告，协助部门物流部长完成相关特殊任务并向副总汇报相关状况。
任职资格：
1.本科毕业；
2.总体工作经验5年及以上；
3.英语流利，可作为工作语言；
4.有整车制造厂生产计划管理的工作经验，熟悉生产计划编制到实施的全过程管理；
5.对系统逻辑有一定的了解。
