Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责产品的技术架构设计和优化；
2、负责基础平台服务系统整体架构的设计及实现；
3、负责系统整体技术指标的实现；
4、核心平台服务的设计开发及服务治理；
5、各产品线整体架构的建议及优化。
岗位要求：
1、具备5年以上软件产品开发及架构和设计经验；
2、精通Java，对Spring和Ibatis、IO、多线程、JVM原理等有深入的理解及熟练的应用；
3、精通大型数据库如Oracle等的开发，对多线程，高并发，大数据，高PV处理有过实际经验或深入了解与研究；
4、精通OOD、OOP、设计模式等设计方法；
5、能进行通用底层框架的设计开发；
6、具有极强的文档编写能力，能够独立设计可执行的系统规划方案；
7、良好的团队意识和协作精神、具有较强的沟通能力；
8、工作积极主动，具有良好的职业素养。
