Job Description
岗位职责：
1.全面负责公司营销管理标准化体系建设工作，组织建立及完善市场营销中心各项制度、流程、指引；
2.根据公司发展战略，制定营销战略规划；
3.全面负责公司项目营销管理工作，确保年度销售任务的完成；
4.负责市场营销系统资金及费用支出的控制和审批，组织进行资金及费用使用情况的监督管理。
任职资格：
1.35-45岁，全日制本科及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理、经济学等相关专业；
2.8年以上房地产营销管理知识，精通房地产销售管理知识，具有大中型房地产公司从事营销管理的工作经验，具有大型房地产项目成功营销经验，由集团营销管控经验者优先；
3.工作有魄力，有突破性解决问题的思路；
4.对数据敏感，抗压能力强，情商高。
