Responsibilities：

-New machine installation, debug, run-off; machine guarding and ramp-up

-Tooling design and performance follow-up

-Optimize the tooling and drive the cost-out project

-Lead and drive the continuous improvements on production efficiency and scrap reduction

-Use the lean tools to collect the data, analysis and address the daily operation issues

-Lead the standard work for the responsible cells

-Responsible for its process design, parameters, PCS and PFMEA update

-Being a strong support for new line and new product launch, specifically to engage from the MFR, B&M + capital, tooling plan, new projects samples plan and execution to ensure a flawless launch

-Responsible for its process capacity update and management

-Lead process changes or introduce engineering changes with the guidance from Product engineering. Support SCM’s components localization activities for cost out.

-Work closely with Quality on customer quality issues to enable problem resolution and prompt customer response. Communicate with customers as needed to understand issues and explain resolution.

-Support and/or lead the implementation of ELSS, EHS Directives, EQS, and other EBS initiatives as needed. Coach the operators and other persons needed to deploy ELSS.

-Evaluate the potential suppliers for equipment and tools. Specify technical requirement, recommend eligible blue print.

-Evaluate annual expense and capital projects for normal products. Make sure the expense and capital are under control initiatively.

-Generate and maintain documentations of standardized work, quick setup, and operation balance, PFMEA etc. to optimize the productivity, equipment utilization and improve product quality.

-High accountability for process safety, operation safely by designing and developing the better tooling's, machines for production

-Lead the new project/new machine investigation, technical agreement, participate in negotiation, external and internal run-off, installation, debugging , lead the ramp-up plan till the machine/line released in production

Qualifications

-Bachelor degree or above
-More than 7 years working experience in relevant field with knowledge of engineering principles, practices and experience of technologies used in company’s products
-Prefer to have the experience to lead a ＞10 engineers team, knows how to manage and drive the team to achieve the goal
-Well understanding and practices of PFMEA, APQP,PPAP, Control Plan, SPC,DOE
-Experience in fixture, tooling design and layout design and material heat treatment knowledge
-Familiar with CAD using
-Strong background and finish machining
-Very strong problem solving skills
-Know heat treatment principle and prepare the parameter and set up test to verify the parameters
-Good written English skill
-Auto industrial is preferred

Qualifications：
