职位描述 Main Responsibilities:

Manage the planned production programme whilst delivering Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale and Environment Targets.

Monitor production performance in terms of Faults Per Vehicle, ANDON, First Time Through, Right First Time etc.

Develop and implement standardised and lean manufacturing processes.
开发并施行标准化及精益生产流程。

Monitor product quality and quantity information.
监管生产质量及数量信息。

Provide continuous improvement plans while continually improving production methods.
在持续改善生产方法的同事提供持续改善计划。

Provide, and ensure all relevant health & safety documentation and equipment (PPE) is available at all times in good working order with up to date certification.
提供并确保所有劳保用品(PPE)的可用性，并具有近期质保证书。

Manage the collating of information for the team.
管理团队所收集信息。

Develop educational and training plans for team leaders and production operators.
为班组长及生产一线员工制定教育培训计划。

Define and order production materials.
确认并订购生产材料。

Support the Production TPM programme and ensure schedule is achieved.
支持生产TPM项目组，确保计划达成。

Assistant senior manager to run the workshop, and make sure workshop run in its order.
协助高级经理管理车间，确保车间有序运营

职责要求Requirements:

1. Experience in Body (BIW) Production as a manager within the automotive industry.
丰富的汽车行业车身车间生产经理经验

2. Bachelor Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
相关专业毕业，获得本科学位

3. Strong ability to lead, coach and train people. Excellent oral and written communication skills..
善于领导，培训人员。高超的口笔沟通技巧。

4.Experience in Body (BIW) Manufacturing and Quality.
在车身车间生产及质量方面经验丰富

5.Good working knowledge of problem solving, lean principles and standardisation.
对于问题解决，精益原则及标准化生产有丰富知识

6.Ability to interpret and understand complex situations and develop proposals for action.
