职位描述：

1、The person in charge of component application measurement test, ensure all component application within DDS product boundary.
2、The person in charge of develop FIE component from platform product for China project.
3、Job is to manage development, testing and validation FIE system (pump, injector…) components compatible with customer, system integration and Product Line requirements
4、 Conduct component application environment measurement according to Delphi specification. Formulate, release and communicate test result within internal and external.
5、 In charge of the development of technical features (defined by Development Technical lead) for new common rail High pressure pump/injector or sub-component.
6、 Developing and evaluating new design concepts and building confidence in new designs with a series of tests to ensure that the pumps/injector, and its components properties, are in line with the final application requirements.

任职资格：

1、Good English reading writing and speaking , CET-6 preferred
2、 MS office; MS project, CAD prefer
3、 Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent – Required
4、 Development engineering experience to a standard of independent responsibility demonstrating a combination of practical and theoretical experience – Required
5、 Must be innovative and visionary in developing design options. - Required
6、 Effective project leadership and analytical skills – Required
7、Ability to develop and present technical presentations to customers and others. - Required.
8、Experience with diesel engines & full cycle engineering design projects.- Preferred
9、Previous experience/training in 6 Sigma or applying Shainin or DOE would be an advantage – Preferred
10、 Experience in Automotive or Diesel engine or components field is preferred
11、Be positive, conscientious, highly motivated, and willing to share knowledge with all cross-functional team members.
