岗位职责：

 1、Setup and manage the Trim Maintenance Team建立和管理总装维修团队
2、Support AME during early stages of the project. – Facility Design & Maintenance对项目前期的规划设计工作进行支持，包括设备的设计和维护。
3、Manage the planned maintenance programmes.管理计划保养流程。
4、Monitor plant, equipment and process operations for correct performance and define and implement strategies that drive improvement，跟进工厂、设备和工艺过程确保正常的生产，并且确定及实施提升方案
5、Monitor product quality and quantity information and formulate Continuous Improvement actions跟进产品质量和产量信息，实施持续改进。
6、Promote continuous improvement, whilst implementing improved maintenance methods.促进持续改进，同时贯彻改进的维护方法。
7、Develop educational/training plans for Maintenance制定维修组相关的培训、提升计划。
8、Manage the procurement of maintenance materials, whilst remaining inside budgetary targets.管理维修材料的采购，同时确保达到预算控制目标。
9、Support the TPM autonomous maintenance programme with required resources.利用一定的资源支持TPM自主维护项目

任职资格：
1. Working knowledge of plant engineering and trim activities
2. Degree qualified, in a relevant Discipline.
相关专业毕业，获得相应的学位
