岗位职责：
1. 带领和指导总装的管理团队；

任职资格：
1. Basic technical knowledge background相关专业技术背景
2. Good practical ability and theoretical knowledge about the product development process产品研发工艺方面良好的理论知识和实际技能
3. Practical experience in the production process生产工艺实际经验
4. Knowledge about processes, methods, and tools within Manufacturing Engineering and PD制造工程和研发领域内，工艺、方法和工装知识
5. Ability to co-operate团队精神6. Ability to co-ordinate协调能力。
